Classes
All of our classes will take place at Alison’s purpose built cake studio! We will be running classes for all abilities from beginner right through to advanced. In our friendly and relaxed kitchen, you are encouraged to ask us any baking questions you can think of, Alison is always happy to pass on tips of the trade.
Half day cupcake class
We will cover - how to bake the tastiest sponges.
Combining ingredients to make beautiful smooth frosting.
How to use various cutters/moulds.
How to put the finishing details on your cakes.
One box of fantastic cupcakes made by you to take away.
Refreshments and all materials are provided – just bring yourself!
